For seven months, eziokwubundu.com has delivered daily stories that matter to the Obi Mbieri community — stories rooted in health, wealth, and collective progress. Now, the platform is taking its most significant step yet: a weekly print edition designed to place trusted, community-centred journalism directly into the hands of every Nigerian family, elder, churches and local organisation that needs it. This campaign is not merely about printing a newspaper. It is about building a physical pillar of knowledge, accountability, and African-centred development that no internet outage can interrupt and exactly the kind of accountability journalism that communities deserve in a format they can share physically.

We're launching a weekly print edition, starting with a pilot: 1000 copies a week from January 1, 2027, distributed across all Obi Mbieri towns, Old Mbieri major centres, Mbaitoli LGA, and beyond. This pilot will tell us where the demand is strongest, so we can grow the print run responsibly from there.

What we need:

To print and distribute this pilot, we need ₦15,000,000. Here's exactly where it goes:

* Printing (paper, ink, press time, equipments, machines)

* Layout and design

How Will the Fifteen Million Naira Be Used?

The ₦15,000,000 funding target is allocated with full transparency across four operational pillars: paper and ink procurement, press time, equipments, machines, professional layout and design, and vendor logistics for community distribution points.

Why Should Readers Support This Media Movement?

Every donor to this campaign is formally recognised as a Founding Reader in the inaugural print issue, an acknowledgement rooted in the Traditional Values, Modern Progress philosophy that defines Eziokwubundu's editorial identity. Early backers also receive a complimentary copy of Issue #1 and two weeks of free advertising space in the print edition—tangible returns for entrepreneurs and local organisations seeking community visibility.

The Eziokwubundu News weekly print edition is more than a newspaper. It is a declaration that community journalism, African-centred development, and evidence-based knowledge belong in every home, every church hall, and every town union meeting — not only on screens. With ₦15,000,000 and the collective will of this community, we can make that declaration permanent. Join us as a Founding Reader. Help us put this paper in print.
