Red Alert: Authorities Hunt Fulani Terrorist Who Escaped With Bullet Wounds

This is the face of one of the Fulani terrorists that have been terrorising some parts of Oweri North and Owerri West areas of Imo State.

This man and his men kidnapped four persons on January 27, 2026 along Obibiezena Nekede road. By the mercy of God and help of Obibiezena security outfit and joint operations of the forest guide of Nekede, Obibi, Ihiagwa, Okolochi and its enviro were able to rescue the victims and recovered some AK47 gun and magazines with phone that has the above photo. Always handed over to Agbala police division. 

The individual pictured above is identified as one of the suspected terrorists who have been responsible for a series of violent incidents in parts of Owerri North and Owerri West Local Government Areas of Imo State.

On January 27, 2026, the suspect and his associates reportedly abducted four persons along the Obibiezena–Nekede Road. Following a coordinated response, the victims were successfully rescued through the combined efforts of the Obibiezena Security Outfit and a joint forest security operation involving local vigilante groups from Nekede, Obibi, Ihiagwa, Okolochi, and neighboring communities.

During the operation, security operatives recovered an AK-47 rifle, loaded magazines, and a mobile phone containing the suspect’s photograph and other relevant information. All recovered items, along with the case details, have been formally handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Agbala Division, for further investigation and necessary legal action.

Residents and communities in Imo state are advised to remain vigilant and promptly report any suspicious activities to the appropriate security authorities. Community cooperation remains critical in sustaining peace and security across the affected areas.
